Information We Collect

Account information: business name, contact email, phone number, billing address.
Listing identifiers: Google Place IDs, Yelp business IDs, Facebook page IDs, TripAdvisor location IDs that you authorize us to monitor.
Public review data retrieved from the platforms above for the purpose of detecting review bombs and generating owner responses.
Payment information processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Service usage data including detection events, response history, and communication logs.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Monitor your listings and detect coordinated review attacks.
Generate and post owner responses with your approval.
Send you incident alerts, reports, and service communications.
Process payments and fulfill subscriptions.
Improve detection accuracy and service reliability.

Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors required to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS and voice), Supabase (database), and Anthropic (AI model inference). We do not sell personal data.

TCPA Compliance

All outbound calls and SMS messages triggered by our detection system respect the Do Not Call registry and internal suppression lists. You can opt out of any communication by replying STOP or emailing [email protected].

Data Retention

We retain account and review-detection data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for audit and dispute purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
